NL Space Campus is the gateway to the Dutch Space Cluster and, together with this strong cluster, an important European Space Hub. We connect the curious. Both online and offline, we are here to find and share new and better ways to go from knowledge to the application of knowledge. The physical campus is located in Noordwijk, home to ESA’s technical heart, the European Space Research and Technology Center (ESTEC), the Galileo Reference Centre (GRC), SBIC Noordwijk hosting the ESA BIC programme and Space Expo. NL Space Campus offers an inspiring location to visit, meet and work.

The European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) in Noordwijk is ESA's largest test centre. An impressive R&D centre with 2700 high tech professionals, 100 PHD’s and 100 young graduates. ESA has sites in several European countries and its mission is to shape the development of Europe’s space capability and ensure that investment in space continues to deliver benefits to the citizens of Europe and the world. ESTEC is the technical heart- the incubator of the European space effort- where most ESA projects are born and guided through the various phases of development. This is the place where all Europe's space missions are born.
